Small, with or without shelving
24" deep, 25" wide - but only with enough room for four 14" shelves plus a couple half-shelves. Total (dim!) storage space: 2250 sq. in.
Hollowed out and ready for a mobile insert
We could re-shelve and install lighting, but that would still mean reaching in and rooting around a narrow space for what you want. Instead: make the whole thing pull out into the bright hallway for easy access! (Pantry unit built offsite, assembled and installed in a few hours.)
Finished: A gliding space for storage
A simple pull handle with door trim matching the rest of the home, revealing six full size 15"x28" shelves accessible from both sides. Now there is 2,500 sq. in. of storage!
